PT Customer Service Representative – National Fitness Partners
Join our team as a PT Customer Service Representative, providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement‑Free member experience.
Shift & Compensation
Part‑time starting at $12 per hour.
Hours:
Friday: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 6:30 am – 2:30 pm
Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter based on anniversary date.

Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point‑of‑sale system.
Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to current and new members.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
