Location: Orlando, FL – onsite 4 days per week.
Position Overview This Project Management team sits within performance marketing and handles work across the full project life cycle. About 80% of the work follows a campaign-based schedule while the remaining 20% is more project-oriented and focuses on Marketing Tech. The team seeks to accelerate time-to-market by improving processes.
Job Description As a 6‑month contract (with potential to extend or convert to permanent), the Project Manager will help transition the team to more Agile practices, rebuild the project management process, and ultimately manage projects.
Responsibilities
Introduce Agile practices (sprints, backlog management, etc.) to the team.
Collaborate with IT and Marketing Tech stakeholders to align project schedules.
Redesign the PM process to increase speed to market.
Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
Qualifications Must Haves
3‑5 years of IT project management experience.
Strong process improvement expertise, including familiarity with Agile practices.
Excellent facilitation skills and ability to drive change.
Nice to Have
Background in Marketing Technology.
