In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping guide them through the repair process while ensuring a positive and professional experience from start to finish. You will support communication between customers, technicians, and insurance partners to keep repairs moving smoothly. Key responsibilities include: Greeting customers in person and over the phone, providing a welcoming and professional first impression. Serving as the main point of contact for customers throughout the repair process, answering questions and providing updates on repair status. Scheduling appointments, coordinating vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups, and managing daily workflow at the front desk. Communicating repair timelines, basic repair information, and next steps clearly and accurately to customers. Liaise with estimators, technicians, and insurance companies to ensure smooth information flow and timely service. Maintaining accurate customer records, repair documentation, and communication notes. Handling customer concerns with professionalism and work toward timely resolution. Delivering exceptional customer service to build trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships.
