Customer Service Representative
SmartTalent Kirkland is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Customer Service Representative to join our clients team at their Distribution Center. This role combines administrative responsibilities with occasional warehouse support, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Friday, 7AM
3:30PM PAY:
$23 - $24

Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers in person and by phone to enter and process orders using automated systems Assist customers with pricing quotes and order placement within system controls Balance daily invoice edits and audit open-order reports on a weekly basis Follow up on customer claims for credits and manage invoicing for COD and open-term accounts Maintain bookkeeping procedures, including setting up and managing open-term and COD accounts Process requisitions for new customer account codes Support furnish-and-install programs, including processing invoices and installer payables Distribute incoming and outgoing mail Handle incoming calls related to products, bookkeeping, and accounting inquiries Provide occasional assistance in the warehouse and support the team as needed
Preferred Qualifications Strong customer service and administrative experience, preferably in a distribution or warehouse environment Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and remain organized amid frequent interruptions Willingness and ability to learn warehouse processes for reference and occasional support Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficiency with automated systems for order entry, invoicing, and account management
Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when assisting in the warehouse
