Techical Support Representative with Sales Background
Full-time
In-bound call center environment
Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
Provide customer service & support to end-users (customers) by answering queries and troubleshooting issues by guiding users through step-by-step solutions
Resolve billing, performance, feature-related issues, answer policy, upgrades, ad approval/disapproval questions, and other related matters
Support will be provided by clearly communicating solutions in a user‑friendly, professional manner
Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers, clients, and businesses
Deliver service and support to end-users using AdWords, AdWords Express, GMB & other products related to AdWords
Gather customer information to understand account details to provide best resolution
Diagnose and resolve technical product issues involving campaign performance, billing, etc.
After resolving a customer’s issue, provide consultative service by upselling/cross‑selling products/features
Research required information using available resources
Follow standard processes and procedures
Identify and elevate priority issues per client specifications
Redirect problems to appropriate resources such as consult services
Accurately process and record call transactions using the CRM tool
