Job Details Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead all resort F&B outlets to deliver exceptional, consistent guest experiences
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and brand presentation
Ensure seamless collaboration between Front of House, Culinary, Events, and Rooms
Actively manage service recovery and guest feedback, including online reviews
Recruit, train, coach, and develop outlet managers and supervisors
Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
Ensure proper scheduling, coverage, and labor deployment
Lead performance management, corrective action, and recognition programs
Oversee outlet P&Ls, including labor, beverage cost, food cost, and controllables
Partner with Finance to forecast, budget, and manage revenue and expenses
Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to improve profitability without sacrificing service
Control waste, comps, voids, and inventory levels
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and company policies
Enforce responsible alcohol service standards and local/state regulations
Maintain accurate documentation and operational controls
Support menu development, promotions, and seasonal programming
Partner with Sales & Events on banquets, group business, and special events
Assist in outlet concept enhancements and continuous operational improvement
Qualifications
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience, preferably in a resort or luxury hospitality environment
Proven experience managing multiple outlets and large teams
Strong understanding of P&L management, labor strategy, and cost controls
Demonstrated leadership presence with the ability to lead through busy service periods
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
Prior Marriott experience
Familiarity with POS systems, inventory tools, and workforce management systems
