And we foster a supportive, people-first work environment. The Operations Support Representative is a support role that assists with all operational aspects of the branch. A sample of what you'll do in this role: Assist with all aspects of day-to-day operations of the facility Assist with seed treatments and seed warehouse operations Assist with dispatching and logistics Utilize JD Edwards for order fulfillment, generating shipping papers, and invoicing Assist with the inventory control process Manage liquid fertilizer operations Lead EHSS training sessions and meetings when necessary Keep the location current with DOT regulations (Comply, JJ Keller) Provide support to other team members to attain branch goals What you bring to the role: 1+ years of experience Knowledge and/or experience with agricultural operations Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Ability to multi-task, take direction, and work independently Willingness and desire to work overtime hours during busy seasons Class A CDL is preferred but not required High School Diploma or equivalent What makes you a great fit: You have excellent written and verbal English communication skills You have strong interpersonal skills You have a detail and accuracy orientation with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously You present a professional image through personal appearance and facility cleanliness Compensation and benefits: The base compensation for this position ranges from $17.16 to $22.87 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience. This position is eligible for vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, retirement plans, and other benefits.
