Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information regarding our products and services
Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
Maintain customer accounts and update information as needed
Identify and elevate any issues or concerns to the appropriate department
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
Educate customers on our products and services and make recommendations based on their needs
Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve customer service skills
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the financial industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Must be able to work full-time, 40 hours per week
