Dir Physician Enterprise Talent Strategy

In this role you will be part of our Physician Enterprise Staff Services team, supporting caregivers and the community while driving our mission to partner with people to live healthier lives. Manages department and organizational performance improvement, legal and regulatory compliance, monitoring of system safety issues, and planning, change management and communicating initiatives, developing and implementing strategic scorecard goals. Leads the development and execution of Talent strategy, ensuring the alignment of strategies to programs and initiatives across INTEGRIS Health, including developing solutions to business issues/risks and support quality execution. Consults with Business Leaders, participating in overall leadership of various Enterprise Teams. Supports, advocates for and achieve acceptance of HR initiatives, manage change and mitigates conflict at all levels of the organization. Partners with the CHRO, CTO and CMO to deploy major system‑wide HR initiatives for physician and providers and/or process work, ensuring successful integration and execution of System‑wide HR processes. Serves as HR Subject Matter Expert on areas of responsibility and evaluates, recommends and advises on policies and practices that establish and maintain INTEGRIS Health as a best place to work in Oklahoma. Promotes an environment of continuous improvement, in alignment with the INTEGRIS Health Way. Participates in the strategic planning process for Human Resources and the Physician Enterprise. Ensures department staff is managed effectively, including hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating performance and competency, and conducting disciplinary/counseling sessions as needed. Assists in developing department budgets, ensuring fiscal accountability and achieving financial goals/results. Is a role model for the defined INTEGRIS Health Values and Competencies. Qualifications
Bachelor’s required degree; Master’s degree strongly preferred. Minimum 5 years’ experience in general human resources systems, experience. Ideal candidates will demonstrate progressive leadership experience at Director or higher level and in organization of comparable size to INTEGRIS Health. Knowledge of performance management, organization development and effectiveness. Understanding of acute care / hospital regulatory environment is preferred. SPHR/PHR or SHRM certification preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
