ABOUT THE ROLE This position exists to lead, motivate, coach, and support a team of banking center managers and staff. This includes strategizing and working with branch managers as well as, key stake holders to create a vision and plan that focuses on sales, service, and branch operational excellence. This position is also responsible for the implementation of branch performance objectives, diagnosing performance issues, addressing human resources and team management issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is the lead position for the designated market for all branch employees and a true teammate position for other relationships. The job is a combination of market profitability, sales, coaching, training, delivery, fulfillment, analysis, client experience, and communications. WHAT YOU’LL DO Meet or exceed Market profitability goals as well as market sales and growth goals. Work closely with other areas of the bank (i.e., ONE TEAM APPROACH) Goals set for other business groups that work with the branch (mortgage, small business, commercial lending, etc.) are attained. Maintain and grow key client relationships. Ensure branch staff has strong product and process Manage losses and other risk issues effectively, and ensure financial losses are within acceptable Ensure that all compliance requirements are Demonstrate effective leadership with all CoRe Banking Team Members, including coaching and supervising branch managers in sales and servicing activities, as well as recognizing and developing team Drive and support deposit and lending growth Participate in the recruitment process, including sourcing and hiring of talented team members Create and implement training programs/meetings for every branch staff members using HR and training Manage or coordinate site’s operations, marketing, appearance, security, & Acquire, through training and education, and maintain an understanding of BSA Compliance requirements as they relate to this position Actively engage in supporting Bank’s CRA efforts Achieve individual goals as assigned EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent required.
