Job Description:
Bare Minimum of skills and competency requirements that will be valuable for a TPM role:
Experienced in managing Cloud and ERP Infrastructure - from tenant management, security, technical build/development, and/or any activities impacting technical area
PM Skills - able to successfully plan, execute, and complete projects, encompassing both technical (hard) and interpersonal (soft) skills.
Key PM areas he should be good at are:
Communications & Stakeholder Management - strong communication, relationship building, conflict resolution, strategic thinking, and the ability to understand and manage expectations of both Company’s Project team and Client.
Risk & Issue Management - can analyze and determine risk and issues and plan strategy and mitigation or path-to-green plans to address any risks or issues.
Leadership Skills to drive and manage a team of technical resources to deliver their output. Should be able to travel, if needed.
