Director of Operations
to lead and manage global engineering mission projects. This role combines technical project coordination with cross- cultural service and spiritual leadership. The ideal candidate will be an experienced engineer with a heart for service and a strong ability to manage teams, logistics, and stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate international service projects with engineering students and professionals Lead project planning, logistics, risk management, and fundraising support Build and maintain partnerships with global host organizations and technical advisors Mentor student leaders in technical and spiritual preparation Support faculty- led research and represent the Center to internal and external partners Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; MS or PE license preferred 3– 5 years of engineering experience Involvement in at least three engineering missions or humanitarian engineering projects Strong project management and cross- cultural communication skills Willingness to travel and lead service teams internationally Preferred:
