About the Role
The Company is in search of a Co-Executive Director (Co-ED) to join its leadership team. The successful candidate will serve as the external face of the organization, engaging with the community, and representing the mission to dismantle barriers to reentry and advance policies that expand opportunity and restore rights for justice-impacted individuals. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the public, and will work closely with the current Co-ED to ensure the organization's legal services and operations are in alignment with its strategic goals.
