About the Role

The Company is in need of a Human Resources Business Partner to deliver strategic HR support that aligns with the needs of the organization and its employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that foster the achievement of organizational goals. This role requires expertise in various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and HR compliance. The HR Business Partner will also serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and coaching to managers and team leaders.

Applicants for the HR Business Partner position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner capacity. The role demands a professional with a proven track record of supporting employee groups of 300 or more, and who possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and influence at all levels. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at monitoring and analyzing HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and support decision-making, and must ensure that all HR activities are in compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
