The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Revenue and Partnership Development. The successful candidate will be tasked with generating revenue on behalf of the organization, with a focus on commercial NIL partnership agreements. This role involves working closely with the staff of the company and the athletic department to pitch and close deals, as well as to develop and execute revenue strategies and events. The Executive Director will be responsible for identifying potential sponsors, maintaining knowledge of the sports industry, managing budgets, and leading a team to support the growing NIL operation.
Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for those with a background in corporate sponsorship sales, sports marketing, or related fields. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant area is required, and a strong understanding of NIL in the collegiate athletics space is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in relationship management, strong sales and presentation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. An entrepreneurial mindset, integrity, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and travel, are also essential. The role demands a proactive, self-motivated individual who can quickly influence and close deals, and who is adept at problem-solving and detail-oriented.
