About the Role
We are seeking an
entry-level Full Stack Marketing Coordinator
to support our Marketing Director across a wide range of marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with foundational marketing experience who is eager to learn, comfortable following direction, and excited to work collaboratively across teams.
You’ll gain hands‑on experience in social media, CRM, content creation, website updates, campaign execution, and performance tracking in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
Qualifications What You’ll Do
Support the Marketing Director with day-to-day marketing execution and project coordination
Assist with
social media marketing , including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
Help manage
CRM and customer communications , including email and SMS campaigns
Support website updates, landing pages, and seasonal promotions
Assist with paid media campaigns and local marketing initiatives
Create and edit marketing assets using
Adobe Creative Suite
Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and insights
Work cross‑collaboratively with internal teams to support promotions and initiatives
Help maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of marketing experience
(including internships or entry‑level roles)
Basic understanding of digital, social, and content marketing
Experience or familiarity with CRM platforms and customer communications
Comfortability and familiarity using LLMs (AI tools)
to support content creation, research, and optimization
Ability to
follow directions , accept feedback, and execute efficiently
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Comfortable working cross‑collaboratively with multiple teams
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Nice‑to‑Have (But Not Required)
Home services or local marketing experience
Experience with
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Exposure to paid advertising platforms or analytics tools
SEO or content marketing experience
LLM seeding / AI optimization
