Physical Therapist Clinic Director
Location: 2854 Kennedy Blvd, Jersey City, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours weekly
Compensation: $93,000–$116,000 annually, based on experience. Includes up to $15,000 sign-on bonus, student debt benefit program, and annual bonus plan.

Responsibilities
Provides daily management and supervision of services at the assigned center.
Holds a diverse knowledge base and skill set to facilitate patient treatment and staff development; facilitates team dynamics and efficient facility functions.
Center Manager is involved in the organization and the community to help grow the business.
Responsible for staff and financial management of the outpatient center; identifies key indicators and influences outcomes.
Communicates with Regional Director on an ongoing basis and provides clinical and operational performance updates.
Qualifications
Current and valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Minimum of three years’ experience in a rehabilitation setting, including supervisory experience.
Successful completion of state licensure requirements for Physical Therapy.
