We are seeking a licensed property and casualty Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will use the in-house suite of tools to sell insurance policies to new and existing clients while providing exceptional customer service in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
Sell various types of insurance policies such as home, auto, mobile home, motorcycle, RV, and other specialty lines
Cross-sell and mine the existing database of clients
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally in-person, over the phone, and via texts and emails
Seek insurance solutions for clients based on their specific needs
Document all interactions with clients and about clients in agency management system
Process claims and serve as a liaison between the carrier and the insured
Adhere to agency's compliance requirements and best practices for E&O risk management
Qualifications
Must have a current TDI property and casualty insurance license
Must have sales personality (assertive, self-motivated, good communicator)
Must be bilingual
Must have strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Must carry themselves with integrity and professionalism in an office environment
Must maintain confidentiality of customer information and business data
Must excel at learning new computer software and technology tools
Compensation $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
