Job Title
Under the direct supervision of a licensed professional; provides personal care and completely performs/assists with rehabilitative treatment to patients in the inpatient rehab setting. Personal care duties include; but are not limited to: toileting; toileting hygiene; bathing; bowel and bladder care; patient repositioning; rounding; bed making; transfers and general safety oversight. Therapy driven duties include: scheduling; time management; transfers; wound care set up and assist; mobility assistant and safety guard; general equipment and unit cleaning and organization. Job Requirements Minimum Education High School or equivalent Minimum Work Experience No experience required; however; CNA certification complimentary to job duties Required Licenses/Certifications CPR Certification Required Skills; Knowledge; and Abilities Input data into computer programs. Designated Driver No OSHA Category 2 - Medium Risk
