What You’ll Do
Create sales-ready opportunities
Align products with the prospect’s objectives and pain points
Proactively research the industry and the technology landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and clients
Capture key prospective client data from your interactions, from the web, and other sources, and ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in our CRM
Achieve monthly revenue targets
What you need to get the job done (minimum qualifications)
Humble, coachable, high interpersonal skills, grit, and resilience
Consistent desire to improve
Ability to develop relationships while standing in line at the coffee shop or a crowded room
Ability to confidently and effectively speak with prospects of all levels (from the janitor to the CEO)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented
Possess or obtain within 90 days a MT state property/casualty insurance license
Reside in the State of Montana
What will make you stand out (preferred qualifications)
Some college credit is preferred but NOT required
6 months - 2 years of sales experience
Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills
