Responsibilities
Perform efficient, expert work on repair orders, maintaining knowledge of all factory‑technical bulletins
Address customers’ primary concerns with diagnosis, repair, and quality control to achieve ‘Fixed First Visit’ expectations
Conduct the KG Electronic Multi‑Point Inspection on every vehicle and notify the Service Advisor of any issues
Master our Dealer Management System (Reynolds) for timekeeping, work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, and communication
Maintain accountability for all dealership‑owned tools and uphold superior cleanliness throughout the workspace and customer vehicles (“leave no trace” standard)
Qualifications
2 to 3 years of automotive technician (mechanic) experience preferred
Strong analytical skills and a commitment to precise, accurate work
ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications relevant to the background
Excellent dexterity, patience, creativity, good judgment, and an eye for detail
Mature, approachability, and a preference for detailed, skill‑based work
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and comprehend job‑related instructions, both electronic and paper‑based
Valid in‑state driver’s license with a good driving record per company standards
