Farmers Insurance Southern Utah is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Agency Owner. As an Insurance Agency Owner, you will have the opportunity to establish and run your own insurance agency with the support and resources of Farmers Insurance. This is a great opportunity for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for providing excellent customer service. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed, with experienced professionals guiding you as you build your agency and build client relationships.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
Provide exceptional customer service by offering tailored insurance solutions
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients
Manage the day-to-day operations of the agency, including sales, marketing, and customer service
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
Collaborate with other agency owners and Farmers Insurance professionals to share best practices and drive agency growth
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required
Proven track record in sales and customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and self‑motivated attitude
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proficiency in using technology and software applications
