Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Sales Engineer specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, based in Greensboro, NC. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for interacting with clients to understand their requirements, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and providing recommendations for solutions. They will also collaborate with internal teams to develop project proposals, address customer inquiries, and ensure high-quality pre‑ and post‑sales technical support. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is essential to this role, along with driving sales growth and project success.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with experience in MEP systems preferred
Proven skills in Sales, Customer Service, and relationship‑building to successfully manage client interactions
Effective verbal and written Communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly
Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction and project objectives
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in the construction, mechanical, or electrical contracting industry is a plus
