Job Responsibilities
Must be located in NA or LATAM with no sponsorship needs.
Must be able to work EST.

Required Knowledge/Skills
Document system requirements based on input from key business partners, superusers and technical leads.
Work with functional area stakeholders to assess and prioritize system enhancements and business needs related to technology and process optimization.
Provide oversight and support to DTE and validation team during requirements definition, systems and process design, data migration, data cleansing and user acceptance testing activities.
Contribute to communication to and education of users on business tools and the functional impact to workflows and processes, including oversight and development of training content, formal business guidelines and reference material.
Required Experience & Education Level
B.S. (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Experience with Veeva Vault RIM suite or similar software systems.
Experience with eCTD publishing solutions.
Experience collecting and documenting user requirements and translating to system enhancement requests.
Experience with system training and documentation.

Salary Range The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
