About our Agency Our agency opened in 2008 and currently has a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked in management for medical claims with State Farm, which gave me a strong foundation in service, leadership, and building relationships.

Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
