Cascade Medical, a top critical-access hospital in Leavenworth, Washington, is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join their stable and tenured team of five physicians and two advanced practitioners as Medical Director. Key Responsibilities
Dedicated time for administrative duties each week Outpatient only with no call requirements Maximum expectation of 18 patients per day 4‑day work week 0% Full‑time RN turnover in 2024 Options to incorporate specific interests in pain management, geriatrics, or other areas of interest Compensation & Benefits
Base salary $286,124 (set, not production based) Medical Director stipend $38,000 Incentive and quality‑based bonuses Sign‑on bonus $25,000 Relocation assistance up to $15,000 First‑year package $379,014.80 Negotiable based on skills and experience Federal and state student loan repayment options available Comprehensive benefits including fully paid health, dental, and vision insurance for physician and family 403(b) and 457 retirement plans with match 7+ weeks paid time off 12 weeks maternal/paternal leave Sabbatical benefit Location
