You’ll have access to proven systems, modern tools, and practical training that make it easier to build confidence and stay consistent.

Licensed agents will be able to plug into established processes that help them grow faster, while new agents will be supported through the licensing process and coached through their first transactions. The goal is to give you a strong foundation so you can start your career with direction and support instead of trying to figure everything out on your own.

This role is well-suited for people who are coachable, organized, and comfortable talking with others. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn will help you progress quickly. Being local—or relocating soon—will also help you get started on the right foot.

Responsibilities

Participate actively in real estate training, mentorship, and coaching programs

Learn how to generate and nurture leads using proven systems and tools

Shadow experienced agents on appointments to gain practical insight

Build and manage a pipeline of leads through consistent outreach

Practice scripts and objection handlers to improve conversion skills

Commit to weekly role-play and accountability sessions with the team

Qualifications

No experience necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential

Real Estate License (or willingness to get licensed quickly)

Strong interpersonal skills with a coachable attitude

Professional appearance and a positive mindset

Self-driven with a desire to build a long-term career in real estate

Compensation $110,000 - $225,000 yearly
