Day Habilitation programsforadults age 22+ with autism. In this leadership role,you'll mentor clinicians, shape innovative programs, and collaborate with national experts in autism and developmental disabilities.
Your Role:
Lead clinical training, supervision, and staff evaluation to ensure top-tier ABA services.
Track client progress and refine intervention strategies using data-driven insights.
Stay ahead of ABA research and best practices , integrating new methods into clinical care.
Maintain the highest ethical standards , ensuring compliance with ABA regulations.
What You Bring:
Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, ora relatedfield.
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D).
1+ years of experience designing and implementing treatment programs.
Strongl eadership, problem-solving, and communicationskills .
Knowledge of CASP autism guidelines and state regulations .
