Structured six‑week orientation, local nurse mentors, and ongoing collaborative support. Tuition reimbursement to support clinical expertise and leadership skill development. Network of almost 700 communities in 40 states to support relocation if needed. Qualifications & Skills
State nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN). Driver’s license. Minimum 3 years relevant experience; clinical leadership experience preferred. Strong working knowledge of technology, Microsoft Office, and electronic documentation. Benefits

Manages the day‑to‑day clinical services of a complex community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met. Supervises and provides leadership, coaching, and staffing for licensed nurses and direct‑care staff. Provides clinical leadership for a team of up to five members.
