Manage day‑to‑day clinic operations, scheduling, and productivity.
Partner with administrative leadership to ensure financial, clinical, and operational goals are met.
Cultivate a positive, patient‑centered culture that aligns with ProMotion’s mission and values.
Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
Active state PT license (or eligibility).
Previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred; motivated clinicians ready to grow into leadership are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, organization, and team‑building skills.
A genuine passion for improving lives – both for patients and your team.
