RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Maintain client records and update information as needed.

Assist with customer retention strategies.

Develop and maintain client relationships in insurance and financial services.

Provide clients with comprehensive financial planning and insurance advice.

Assist clients with insurance claims.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience in customer service preferred.

Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

1+ years of experience in insurance and/or financial services.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Licenses in insurance.
