ROLE DESCRIPTION
Our team of small business professionals is looking to expand! We're hoping to find a teammate who's energetic, accustomed to working in a results driven environment, and is Property & Casualty Insurance licensed in Indiana. As a member of our agency team, you have an opportunity to work within a successful State Farm Agency, building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products. A career in the insurance industry is a noble calling! We truly help people in their time of need.
Responsibilities
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Assist with customer retention strategies.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements
Communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer service preferred.
Self-motivated & detail oriented.
Experience operating CRM software and multiple computer programs at once.
Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain within 30 days of hire).
