Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a great fit. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with team members, and anticipate community needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain and update customer records.
Assist with customer retention strategies.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure satisfaction.
Communicate effectively and solve problems.
Assist Sales representatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer service experience preferred.
Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
