Champion clinical excellence and lead quality care within the center.
Mentor and develop a dedicated team of clinicians.
Set clinical policies and design treatment plans tailored to client needs.
Lead clinical committees, collaborate on resources and goal setting.
Participate in research initiatives through SprigLAB and present findings.
Drive career growth, support staffing and professional development.
Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with up-to-date credentials.
Experience in clinical leadership or supervising a team of BCBAs.
Strong understanding of BACB, state, and payer guidelines.
Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
