The *Sales Analyst* will serve as a strategic partner to Sales & Market Development leaders, supporting National Accounts, Specialty Accounts, and Mass Channel customers. This role is instrumental in leading Joint Business Planning (JBP) efforts, developing Customer Account Plans, and driving weekly forecasting accuracy. The analyst will collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) teams, and Creative Operations to execute go-to-market strategies and measure program success across brands including **Fox Racing, CamelBak, Bell Helmets, Giro Sport Design, and Blackburn**. Experience with successfully managing the following **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills* A passion for consumer brands and retail strategy3–5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Account Planning, or Sales Operations Experience supporting National Accounts or Mass Channel retail preferred Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Experience with forecasting tools and IBP processes We offer a highly competitive salary, comprehensive benefits including: medical and dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401K, PTO, paid holidays, gear discounts and the ability to add value to an exciting mission! #J-18808-Ljbffr
