As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, you will have the opportunity to see the positive impact of your work for years to come. You will grow personally and professionally, along with clients
Spend time listening to new and potential clients, assess their priorities and finances, and determine suitable insurance plan options that successfully meet their individual insurance needs
Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
Maintain and grow existing portfolios by developing and implementing effective and attentive sales strategies that cultivate long‑term customer loyalty
Ensure bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records are maintained to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders
Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles
Qualifications
Have strong attention to detail
Have a knack for navigating the finer details in business or financial planning
Insurance license or willing to obtain
Proven understanding of the insurance industry including insurance products, risk management and any state and federal regulations
Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are required
Some computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office is required
Candidates must have an insurance license
Proficiency with accounting or sales‑related software is helpful
Compensation $55,000 - $80,000 at plan
