Our Amplify Team is growing! Due to our continued phenomenal growth, we are actively seeking senior client facing sales professionals with proven successful track records of engaging with Financial Advisors to identify, develop, and deepen client engagement. Amplify ETFs Sales Team manages the firm’s relationships across the Financial Advisor/Intermediary community representing our entire ETF product solutions set. This consists of RIAs and financial advisors from wire house, regional broker dealers, independent firms, and banks. Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of client relationship and driving sales through all channels within assigned territory. Deliver expertise to financial advisors, collaborate with other sales partners to develop deep relationships and drive results across entire ETF product solutions. Develop deep relationships across all aspects of an advisor’s business. Deliver fiduciary and investment insights through portfolio construction conversations. Be consultative business partners to help FAs navigate markets, portfolios, business issues, etc. Demonstrate mastery of Amplify products and resources. Collaborative approach to partner with various internal colleagues to deliver Amplify’s solution set Stay informed on economic environment, market trends, regulatory changes, and product updates. Requirements
BA/BS required. Advanced degrees, CFA, CAIA, CIMA are a plus, but not required. Minimum 10+ years sales experience within asset management, wealth management, or the financial industry. Passion for markets, investing, portfolio construction, advisor practices, with a commercial mindset. Strong communication skills with ability to connect build relationships with internal partners and clients. High level of self-motivation ability to work independently with modest supervision. Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize and collaborate in fast paced environment.
