Role Overview As a Leasing Agent at Place 2B Properties, you will be responsible for assisting potential tenants with the leasing process, conducting property tours, and providing excellent customer service. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the property management team to ensure a seamless leasing experience for our clients, and contribute to the achievement of our mission and vision. This position is based in Corvallis Oregon and floats between multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities
Assist potential tenants in the leasing process, including application completion and property tours.
Provide exceptional customer service to all prospective tenants and ensure a positive experience.
Collaborate with the property management team to maintain property occupancy and ensure leasing goals are met.
Handle lease and rental inquiries and facilitate the resolution of tenant issues when necessary.
Support the marketing and promotion of available properties to attract potential tenants.
Qualifications You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Bonus If You
Have experience in property management or leasing.
Speak Spanish
Have experience reviewing contracts.
Employment Type & Availability This position is full time. Monday to Friday.
Location We're looking for someone in Corvallis, Oregon, as this is an in-office position that will travel between multiple sites.
