Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain and update customer records. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Customer service experience preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour State Farm agents are independent contractors. Employees are not State Farm employees. Agents make employment decisions regarding their staff.
