Bolster Heights is looking for a dedicated Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to serve residents on the day shift. An up to $2,500 sign‑on bonus is available, and the hourly rate is $20.00.

Responsibilities
Administer medications to residents in accordance with Level IV Residential Care Facility regulations and facility policies.
Perform tasks as ordered by physicians under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in compliance with state and federal rules.
Execute routine daily tasks required for maintaining the health, comfort, and well‑being of residents.
Follow established policy and procedure consistent with accepted standards of practice.
Qualifications
Must hold a Residential Care Specialist 1, or Personal Support Specialist (PSS) Certificate.
May receive training within 4 months of employment.
Must have state‑approved 40‑hour Certified Medication Administration Certification.
Basic mathematical skills required to accurately administer proper medication dosage.
Highly developed observation skills desirable.
Must be tolerant, patient, and treat residents with dignity and respect.
