Get Found Fast is looking for a proactive, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented SEO Specialist with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to join our dynamic SEO department. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in optimizing client websites to drive organic traffic and improve search engine visibility. You’ll work closely with the SEO team to develop and execute effective strategies that deliver measurable, meaningful results. What you’ll be doing with our SEO Team

Learn our SEO processes and grow your existing SEO knowledge and expertise.

Conduct thorough market and competitor research to understand your client’s market and their consumers.

Keyword research development and implementation that best aligns with your client’s goal and the search intent of their consumers.

Develop and implement SEO campaigns from launch to long‑term success.

Embrace the future of SEO, including AI, and find ways to incorporate these new technologies and harness them for our clients’ benefit.

Execute a range of on‑site, off‑site, and technical SEO tasks, including, but not limited to:

Optimizing existing or developing new content.

Performing regular technical SEO audits.

Creating 301 redirect maps.

Creating optimal SEO title and meta descriptions.

Writing schema strategies.

Identifying opportunities for internal linking.

Conducting backlink research and assisting with outreach strategies.

Google Business Profile optimization.

Assist in creating and maintaining detailed SEO performance reports for clients, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress over time.

Stay current on industry trends and search engine algorithm updates to ensure compliance and maximize campaign strategies.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including account managers, web developers, and paid search managers, to ensure holistic client success.

What we’re looking for is an individual who

Has 1‑3 years of SEO experience.

Has a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field, or proven real‑world experience in SEO implementation and marketing strategy.

Experience in utilizing AI tools for their clients’ campaigns and research.

Familiar with basic website backend and content implementation.

Is detail‑oriented.

You know the devil (and the fun!) is in the details and you approach problems from every angle before choosing a strategy.

Is flexible.

You manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment and are comfortable with ambiguity and finding client solutions.

Is constantly curious and a lover of knowledge.

You have an affinity for technology and a drive to learn to continue providing the best for our clients.

Is a problem‑solver.

You are keen and quick, with troubleshooting abilities, and ready to get down and dirty to solve challenges.

Effectively communicative & collaborative.

You can break down complicated concepts into bite‑size morsels or keep stakeholders up‑to‑date and present strategies confidently.

Is personable.

You enjoy getting to know new people and industries and contributing to the greater conversation.

An affinity for technology.

Preference will be given to candidates in the Denver Metro area.

Ideally, you’d bring to the table…

Exemplary writing skills that interweave our clients’ diverse voices, but keep a focus on the technical needs of SEO.

Hands‑on experience with web analytics tools and search engine platform tracking/benchmarking tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, etc.).

Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals (page optimization and schemas, URL structures, site crawl performance, links, etc.).

Google Analytics Certification is a plus, but not required.

Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs; Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager are a plus, but not required.

Bonus points for experience with clients in the construction and medical industries.

Experience with keyword research/data mining tools and competitive analysis.

Working knowledge of how to use generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.ai efficiently.
