About Our Agency I’m starting my 18th year as a State Farm agent and have been with the company for more than 24 years. Our team is made up of seven full-time members who are passionate about helping people and creating meaningful relationships with our customers. We offer health insurance, retirement benefits, and paid time off, along with a work environment that’s both hardworking and supportive. I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and am actively involved with Water Step, a nonprofit dedicated to providing clean drinking water worldwide. Our office has a great vibe, with a team ranging in age from early 20s to mid-50s. We stay busy, and we like it that way, but we also make time to celebrate both big wins and small successes. Life is too short to take too many things seriously, and family will always come first here. Role Description As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Troy Coulter - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Assist with customer retention strategies.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Communication and problem‑solving skills.
Experience in customer service preferred.
Ability to handle high‑stress situations calmly.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
