Head of ICT & Digital Services Full Time (1.0 FTE) Are you a seasoned ICT leader with a passion for Christianeducation? Do you believe in the power of technology to enhanceteaching, learning, and community engagement?

Swan Christian Education Association (SCEA) is seeking a Head ofICT & Digital Services to provide strategic and operationalleadership across our network of seven Christian schools. Thispermanent full-time role, based in Midland, will shape and driveSCEA’s digital vision to enhance the learning experience andsupport the flourishing of staff and students.

In this role, you will develop and implement SCEA’s ICTand Digital Services Strategy, lead cybersecurity initiatives, andguide the integration of digital tools to support teaching,learning, and administration.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic ICT Leadership

– Developand execute SCEA’s ICT and Digital Services Strategy,aligning with SCEA’s vision, mission, and Christianethos.

Digital Governance

– Lead thedevelopment of standards and frameworks for secure, consistent,and reliable digital ecosystems across SCEA.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management – Oversee the implementation of cybersecurity strategiesto safeguard staff and student data, ensuring digital safetyand privacy compliance.

Technology Infrastructure

– Provideleadership over ICT infrastructure, including cloudenvironments, identity management, and device ecosystems.

Service Excellence

– Lead a cultureof high-quality ICT support services across all schools,fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Team Development

– Mentor and lead ahigh-performing ICT team, building capacity in digital tools,service delivery, and technical innovations.

Stakeholder Engagement

– Collaboratewith school leaders, ICT staff, and central office teams todrive digital initiatives and support educationaloutcomes.

Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, DigitalTechnologies, or a related discipline.

Proven experience in senior ICT leadership, strategydevelopment, and execution.

Expertise in cybersecurity, data protection, and digitalrisk management.

Strong leadership skills, including mentoring and teamdevelopment.

Experience in service management, vendor governance, andfinancial stewardship in ICT

Excellent communication skills with the ability totranslate complex technical concepts for non-technicalaudiences.

Experience in Christian education or values-drivenorganisations.

Postgraduate qualification in ICT, cybersecurity,leadership, or a related field.

Certification in cybersecurity, change management, orservice management.

Familiarity with contemporary education platforms,cloud-based environments, and enterprise systems commonly usedin school settings.
