Your Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional pest protection, maintaining clear communication and strong customer focus during every interaction. Identify pest issues in and around homes or businesses; extensive training will be provided. Clearly explain findings, answer questions, and recommend services that enhance customers' peace of mind. Follow safety protocols meticulously while carrying out services, handling equipment, and applying treatments to safeguard yourself, your team, and customers. Handle company vehicles, tools, and materials responsibly while practicing best practices. Utilize handheld devices to log findings accurately, complete service reports, and track customer interactions efficiently. What's in it for You? Competitive pay starting at $20-22 per hour, based on experience. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Ability to obtain the necessary pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid). Safe use of a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Capability to safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined areas, rooftops, etc. Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required, including an OSHA-compliant respirator.
