About the Role:
The Head of Total Rewards will lead the strategy and execution of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs for S&P Global Mobility. This global role will shape our end-to-end rewards strategy, ensuring it is competitive, aligned with business goals, and drives engagement and high performance. The Global Head of Total Rewards is a member of the People Leadership Team and collaborates with HR leadership and business partners to align programs with organizational goals and market trends. Centreville, Virginia, United States Responsibilities:
Lead the development and coordination of materials for presentation to senior management and the Compensation and Leadership Development Committee (CLDC) of the Board of Directors. Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of the S&P Global Mobility Stock Incentive Plan. Coordinate and provide information in support of proxy filings, including the CD&A and Compensation Tables, requests to third parties for data, and responses from internal departments. Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of the S&P Global Mobility healthcare, wellbeing, and recognition programs globally. Build and develop a global team of Rewards professionals. Identify and negotiate with vendors to maintain best-in-class service. Compensation/Benefits Information:
Base salary range: $325,000 to $435,000. Final base salary will be based on geographic location, experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications. This role is eligible for an annual incentive plan and additional S&P Global benefits. For more information on benefits, please click

10+ years developing and managing compensation and benefits programs. Experience managing executive compensation programs. Experience presenting to senior management, including Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field. Demonstrated ability to establish and achieve strategic goals. Strong track record of leading and developing successful teams in a global and multicultural environment. Ability to influence and establish positive working relationships across the organization. Strong judgment, problem‑solving, negotiation, influence, and conflict resolution skills.
