**Job Title:** Central Region Sales Manager - Wealth Management**Job Description Summary:** The Region Sales Leader at Northern Trust Wealth Management is responsible for driving growth, building a high-performing team, and leading sales operational excellence across their team and the region. The role works directly with Region Presidents and senior leaders to develop and execute growth strategies specific to their markets. The Sales Leader combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership to translate business objectives into actionable plans, foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and ensure consistent execution that delivers measurable results for clients and the organization. **Job Responsibilities****:**Drive compliance with FINRA, SEC regulations and fiduciary responsibilities.**Knowledge & Skills****:**

Broad industry and fiduciary product knowledge. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
