Tour Guide
The Undergraduate Admissions Office (UAO) is looking to hire 45 Tour Guides reporting directly to the Visitation Team. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following: Providing tours (minimum of 2 per week) to prospective families and private groups. Assisting with other duties as assigned, such as event check-in and tour dismissal. Attend monthly tour training. The ideal tour guide applicant should demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Previous tour guide experience is beneficial but not required. Tour guides can work a maximum of 20 hours per week Monday - Saturday ranging from 8 AM to 5:30 PM.
