About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Group Account Director with a strong background in advertising, marketing, or specialized healthcare communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for executive strategy and vision setting, establishing a strategic roadmap for a defined group of client businesses, and acting as an executive advisor to client VP and C-suite leaders. This role also involves directing the creation of brand positioning, and program architecture, and spearheading the identification of growth opportunities for the agency. Senior client relationship management is a key aspect, including serving as the principal executive liaison and ensuring a unified delivery experience across various teams.

Applicants must have 12 to 15 years' of professional experience, with a focus on managing large, intricate portfolios within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors. The role requires superior skills in strategy, commercial negotiation, and executive communication, as well as a proven track record in influencing senior external stakeholders and managing multimillion-dollar client relationships. The VP, Group Account Director will be accountable for the financial performance of a significant book of business, defining fiscal targets, and identifying opportunities for account expansion. Organizational influence and excellence are also essential, as the role involves engaging with senior leadership across all agency departments to optimize service delivery and drive initiatives for scalable growth.
