The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its mission of serving a growing population of older adults. The Executive Director will be responsible for the overall vision and strategy, ensuring program excellence, and will serve as the chief executive, chief fundraiser, and ambassador for the organization. Key responsibilities include managing a high-performing team, creating and expanding income sources, and nurturing relationships with partners, supporters, and the community.
The ideal Executive Director will have a proven track record in these areas and will be expected to work closely with the Board of Directors to advance the organization's goals. A significant aspect of the role is the cultivation of a trusting relationship with the relevant city department, as this is essential for the organization's success. The Executive Director will also be tasked with broadening relationships and revenue sources across various sectors. The position requires a leader who can build upon the organization's legacy, respond to the changing needs of the community with creativity and heart, and ensure that the values of the organization are upheld in all its initiatives.
