Love for children and strong communication skills:
This is paramount. Preschool coaches need patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to engage with and motivate young children (ages typically 2-5). Excellent communication with parents is also key.
Patience and adaptability:
Preschoolers have varying attention spans and learning styles, so coaches need to be flexible and understanding.

Due to working with minors, a criminal background check is a standard requirement.
Positive attitude and energy:
Creating a fun and safe learning environment for preschoolers demands a high level of positive energy.
Ability to follow lesson plans:
Coaches are given pre-designed lesson plans for preschool classes, and the ability to execute and adapt these plans effectively is important.
